We had a truly wonderful dining experience at Kelly Jie Seafood! The staff were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome—even chatting with us and helping to take a family photo, which added such a personal touch.The food was outstanding from start to finish. The crab beehoon soup was rich and naturally sweet from the crab, with tender, meaty flesh that was so satisfying. The salted egg French beans were another standout—flavorful, crispy, and not greasy at all. But the highlight of the night had to be the Black Pepper Crab. Seafood here really power lah — crabs big and meaty, my dad very satisfied. Highly recommend the chilli crab and vermicelli soup, other dishes also tasty. We travelled all the way from the west just to satisfy our crab bee hoon craving, and it was so worth it! The broth was rich and flavourful, and the crab was fresh, packed with sweet, firm meat. 每一次黎新加坡都一定要黎呢度食蟹-米粉蟹。龍海鮮螃蟹王，我係由它未出名食到出名， 到今次嚟先知原來已經改咗名喇! 不過砂煲磅蟹米粉湯仍然有保證。食米粉蟹建議先預訂蟹，一定要乸，因為蟹比較大隻，多肉美味。麥片蝦麥片個味道特別，我懷疑加咗麥維他消化餅的碎，不但有食麥皮的口感，甜味亦似菠蘿包的酥皮味道，廚司煮到保留左麥片的水份，唔會太乾，但又會有脆的感覺。餐牌上面呢一個荔蓉帶子有個皇冠(推薦菜)， 我覺得又唔係必食囉! 首先荔蓉應該加咗啲薯仔和芝士溝埋，因為荔蓉唔係紫色，系黃黃地色，皮炸得脆，但主角帶子卻太細粒，帶子煮得老左。桔仔水要咗冇冰，成杯都酸酸甜甜，只係去到底就比較甜，好解渴。…查看更多
