the bak kwa here is the best in singapore! they have another branch in singapore as well. one of the most expensive bak kwa, but it is what you pay for. costs about $60 per kg. but there are no charred bits. so you can eat the whole thing, unlike other brands which have plenty of burnt bitter bits. the taste here is perfect. just sweet enough. the texture is fabulous. although it is a whole sliced meat and not minced, it is not tough at all. very very well done!

this is the absolute best bak kwa in singapore. it's fantastic! there is not burnt bits! amazing! so there's no waste of money and no yucky burnt meat. i love it. they have been increasing their prices and it's now up to $48 per kg! very very expensive, but so very very good. 2 pieces would cost you like $8! but it is the best. right sweetness and texture. whole sliced pork - no minced nonsense. no preservatives. no weird additives. so far it's the best bak kwa in the world! highly recommended.

Their bak kwa is a little bit tougher in the texture as compared to other famous ones. The main reason for so is because they used sliced pork instead of minced pork. They have it spelled out on the packaging saying, 'Our products are not made of minced pork'.

I usually keep them in the fridge if i do not finish it within 3 days and it tend to last as long as 2 week or longer is refrigerated.
