This was my favourite dish of the night. I like the spinach cooked in a broth with red dates and Bean Curd Puff. It is healthy and goes well with piping hot rice.The Sha Pi Chicken has very paper thin skin and comes with a yummy sauce, A must order if it is the Special of the day. It only has limited chicken a day.
