What a rare Friday! No queues at all! Decided to try something apart from my favourite Ice Cream Milk Tea & the macchiato series. Tried the Peach Green Tea with konjac jelly. This was my first time buying a drink from a 'Bubble tea' shop. I was never a fan of bubble tea since they became popular a few years back as I always feel that these 'Bubble Teas' are really unhealthy and we shouldn't drink it very often This is especially so as recently the 'pearls' from Taiwan were deemed unsuitable for eating. On that day, my friend recommended Koi to me and I grudgingly accepted and gave it a try. I ordered the 'Yakult Green Tea with Grass Jelly' and immediately fell in love with it. The taste of this drink is very different from the usual bubble tea because it actually has Yakult in it. It is really 'shiok' and is a thirst quencher. On the other hand it is a really healthy drink as we all know what health benefits Yakult has, which is included in the drink. Also, this was also my first time having grass jelly, but not accompanied with soy bean. It is really special. I will not hesitate to get this drink again if i ever pass by any Koi cafe! I was walking along the bus interchange when I came across a branch of Koi nearby. I decided to grab myself a cup of their green milk tea as the weather was so hot. There was not a lot of people queuing to order drinks. So I did not have to wait too long to place my order. Their green milk tea here somehow taste really good, very smooth and milky. Bought koi drink from Tampines Central. Chose hazelnut milk tea despite there are alot of flavours to choose from. And the serving of pearls are genegous but eating those too much isn't good for the body. The hazelnut taste came from syrup and was pump into the drink and mix with ice and milk tea. As usual my number 1 favourite bubble tea store is KOI!I went to Tampines to meet up a friend and decide to buy home KOI as usual :)This time round i ordered Bubble green milk tea for myself and hazelnut milk tea for my brother!I love that they have the option not to add ice as i would be taking long bus ride home from tampines to yishun No ice means i wouldn't be carrying water dripping plastic bags around!I can always go home and add ice myself I think bubble green milk tea is a healthier choice and i would strongly recommend to try instead of milk tea alone :)This is more fragrant and tasty Hazelnut is not a bad choice too, it's my brother's favourite as he says it's very fragrant!However to me i think it could be a little heaty?Anyway it's my personal opinion but still both choices are great and worth to try if you've not!…查看更多

First time trying this Coconut Jelly Milk Tea. I always ordered 70% sugar level with pearls. The first mouth was largely pearls and coconut jelly, as you drank further, you get to slurp in more milk tea. Tea wise the flavour taste pretty authentic, the original that is very aromatic tea taste. The pearls were chewy and QQ. The coconut jelly was chewy too and really goes well with the milk tea. I can even smell the aroma of the tea. They have different sugar level for you to choose too. It pretty cold refreshing drink if consume under the hot sun. I wanted the pearl mik tea but the person got my order wrong and gave me the bubble red tea with pearl (without milk), initially i was quite unhappy but in the end i found the drink really refreshing and thirst quenching, the tea tasted just right, not too sweet and not too bitter and the pearls were fresh and chewy, overall i enjoyed the drink. …查看更多

This is my first time drinking milk tea from KOI. Previously, I would always go for their macchiato, but this time I decided to try something new to me, the Honey Milk Tea.(:It surprised me with it’s nice refreshing taste;DSince it was honey-ed, there wasn’t the need to select the sugar level. And gladly, the sweetness was just right^^The milk tea itself was rich in the tea taste, hence it was not too sweet. The addition of honey gives a natural honey taste to the drink. Nice drink to have;DI could nicely taste the flavour of both. This Koi has an exceptionally long queue! First time ordered plum green tea with pearl. It pretty cold refreshing and the pearls was very QQ, you cannot find such pearl at other shop. They have different sugal level for you to choose too. I will try Grass Jelly Milk Tea with pearl next time.…查看更多

Red Tea Macchiato from KOI cafe is by far my most favourite drink. The layer of milk is sweet and not too overpowering, and the tea has a strong taste which is perfect for a tea lover like me. The idea of using a plastic blade to make a small cut on the cover is ingenious, the small hole allows you to slowly sip the tea and enjoy the mixture of sweet milk and tea.…查看更多
