I ordered the $5 portion of fried oyster to share wit my mother. The portion was quite little with only a few of medium sized oysters found. It was fried with a pretty good amount of egg though. It fried till rather well to leave a layer of slight crispiness on its surface. The oysters tasted fresh and juicy. The taste somewhat helped to make up for the small portion given.
