Red Bean Soup

I have no doubts on the great taste from the different types of laksa dishes served here. However I have checked out their red bean soup with my friend on one evening after had their laksa, and was sort of disappointed. It was served to us not hot, and also not even warm which made us quite frustrated. The red bean in it was quite soft and the red bean soup was not too bad and at the ideal sweetness, but just the portion is abit too small and is 'cold'.

WHAT a difficult and confusing name of the shop. I always thought it was "Lasagne" selling "Lasagne' rather than Laksa, was really surprised that there was a shop selling strictly only Laksa.I like reading the concept of stores Beautiful.They don't really have a shout-out of Laksa-NIA, so it's quite difficult to spot.We ordered this amazing sweet coffee, it's just so sweet you'll get all jittery.  They've got all sorts of laksa there, the only one I tried is Penang Laksa.

There's also Singaporean laksa!

 THE SATAY IS A DEFINITELY MUST TRY. ALTHOUGH IT JUST HAVE A FEW STICKS, THE SAUCE WAS EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. i can't even make it out what sauce is it... there're like lemongrass in it if i'm not wrong, extremely fragrant and delicious.

Got this voucher from a new sign up UOB card indicated the Singapore LAksa with 1 free drink. Well, love laksa especially clam I was so tempted to try it but been cough so endure till I couldn't stand it anymore when I shopping at Bugis today and saw the place and recall about this laksa. I found a lot of special food here with the theme laksa. Penang laksa, Singapore laksa, laksa goreng. And more special was laska burger.Wanted to try more of it but hope that it won't hurt my throat much, I jus

There were many clam just what I like to explore the laksa. There were prawn and eggs too. I just love the ingredient in the laksa. The service was nice too as normally the people won't ask if you want the bean sprout and clam but he ask during my order and for me I prefer the clam but not the bean sprout and make my eating more enjoyable and easy to eat. The serving is just right for 1 person like me. They smile and greet you when you finish your food.the environment around afternoon is quiet and peaceful.just nice to relax the mind. Ther were also a board that customer leave the comment which I found it attractive and news article about the social enterprise which pretty cool new concept. Wells I cough during the laksa time but the staff provide me more tissue . Wow commendable. Overalls the place is clean as it rated A.the price is reasonable in shopping center and with the ingredient and quality of the food at $6+. No service charge for this.

I think this store was opened with the concept of singaporeans in mind due to us having a constant craving of laksa. Now, you can have any form of dish in laksa! As bugis+ hasn't been strongly promoted yet, the place was still pretty quiet during lunch hours. I went to the restaurant and there was only 1-2 customers aside from my table. The store is tucked at a little corner near to the crystal jade. It has around 3-4 booths and 7-8 tables around. Not very suitable for large crowds. But i think the customer flow is quite fast as the dishes comes out pretty fast.
Fun fact about this enterprise is that they have a mission to help those less fortunates who may have been marginalized due to their physical/mental disabilities to gain employment. Applaud them for having such a helpful spirit :') Service was quick and prompt, and they were actually quite well-versed with the menu! They also always kept a smile on their faces which was very delightful

 1. Laksa Goreng - $7.50
I think this dish was very creative. Mee Goreng in laksa style. There were generous servings of prawns, fish cake, cockles and bean sprouts. At first, i thought that this dish is quite expensive as the noodles look really little. But once you uncoil the noodles, it's actually quite a lot! Good for big eaters!
This dish is also one of the recommended dish by the chef! I like the laksa taste of it that oozes out in your mouth and it doesn't beat the smell of it! So this appeals to all senses!

 2. Laksa Chicken Rice - $10.50
Another chef recommended dish. It includes rice with veggies (long beans, carrots, cabbage) with chicken and laksa gravy, in a sizzling hot stone bowl! Again, they were very generous in serving size as the rice was more than enough for us. We ran out of gravy after awhile to complement the rice and wasted the rice ): Laksa gravy was laced thickly with coconut, making it very aromatic. The chicken was deep fried and thick with meat. Cabbage was a little raw, i like those which are cooked entirely. Nontheless, a superb dish!

I will definitely go back to try other items on the menu but maybe wait for some promotion as i feel it's price tag is a little high. However, if you're having a strong laksa craving, this shop will definitely be able to satisfy you as there's a plethora of laksa-themed dish to choose from!
