Oui patisserie / Le Cafe was registered under the group of Onion Restaurant & Bar Pte Ltd. I had mistakenly relate them to the confectionery across the road as one portion of its signboard indicate "LE Cafe" which was similar to the name.Atmosphere was rather welcoming as it was rather spacious. We were given the menu shortly after we had settled down and took our order with the helper. While waiting for food to be served, there was this guy helper who approached us and asked if we need the WIFI password. Great service.Ordered some beverages (Yuan Yang & Barley) to accompany our food. The drinks comes in a small glass jar form and I find them rather interestingCost:S$1.70 & S$1.40 respectivelyPortuguese Tarts was rather standard. It was in round shape instead of a boat shape. Crusty and flaky and the sides with some burnt patches in the egg portion.Cost: S$1.20Castard Puffs comes in box of 6 with Oui Patisserie name on it. It's among the best out of all food I order. It was served chilled and custard creams were well filled up in the hollow puff.Cost: S$3.50 (Box of 6)Dressed with a thin plastic film around adorn with a red cheery on the bed of flaky chocolate sums up the theme of a black forest cake. Cake tastes pretty normal.Cost: S$4.20Tasted my pal's portion of Eclair and Lemon Cheese Cake. The former was a disaster as it was too hard. The new york cheese cake comes with lemon skin grindings which taste abit far from the usual NY cheese cake we have.The pricing is rather standard. Considering that the cafe is actually quite spacious and comes with free wifi connection, this is one of the study hideouts where students from nearby schools can patronize.
