You can never leave a Thai restaurant without trying their Pineapple Fried rice! The second dish that you have to order at a Thai food place is their Tom Yum soup! We had the seafood version and the spiciness level of the soup was pretty high and I could only savor a little of the soup. The seafood ingredients were good! The fried garlic chicken and fried garlic prawns are my favourite two dishes out of all. I guess it is because I mainly love the combination of fried chicken/prawn and garlic! So full of flavour! We needed a veg dish and so we ordered this to go along with the rest of the other food items. I like the shitake mushrooms! Although the three of us were so full already, I had been eyeing the Pineapple Custard dessert and there is always another stomach for dessert! I never tried this dessert in Thailand before but the one I had here was delicious, I love the custard! 繼續閱讀

If you have a craving for Tom Yam soup and want to have a quiet lunch, this is a good place to go in the east on weekdays. They have 20% discounts on weekdays if you pay in cash! I love the chips to go with the chilli and their food standard has stayed constant over the years too. 繼續閱讀

Have heard much about how awesome Lemongrass is from a friend, when it comes to thai food. However he doesnt know where it had shifted to from its last location. Hence we decided to google it up for Chinese New Year lunch gathering ( we dont like to pay extras for Chinese food during Chinese New Year). Having tasted it for the first time. It truely lives up to all the praises my friend has sung about Lemongrass. It was authenthic, truely like the ones u taste in Thailand. Another way to know this is through the Tom Yam Soup they serve. Unlike most Tom Yam Soup served in Singapore which are covered in a thick layer of red chilli oil and spicy in taste, known to have been modified to suit the local tastebuds. The ones served were hardly reddish and clear. Alongside the taste of spiciness, was the sourness and aroma of lemongrass which u can distintly taste. Also love the wide array of thai desserts served. Most thai resturants I know do not serve as many thai desserts as they do which we surprisingly hard to find when I was in thailand. The resturant is environment is kind of freezing for me though. So do remember to bring your jackets before heading down. 繼續閱讀

The reason that I kept going back to Lemongrass is not so much about the food, the food's nice but I'm not a Thai fan & I can't eat spicy stuffs. But the chips that they serve once you sit down is the drawing factor... not really about the chips actually, but the sauce for us to dip the chips in!!! I would just go non-stop & order a second set where it's no longer complimentary. And I really really wanna buy a bottle of the sweet & spicy sauce home...Ok back to the the food, I always like their pineapple rice & claypot glass noodle, & maybe some fishcake & curry, & we'll be full by then. I have no complain about their food, satisfactory standard & the staffs are always friendly~I guess it's always pretty empty cos the price is high for the portion served, so I always go when there's credit card discount ;) 繼續閱讀
