It was around lunch time on a weekend and queue can be seen from this stall. So I decided to order some mixed intestine dish as well as their duck meat noodle. First of all, the intestine was very well prepared and cooked. The intestine has no sign of the raw taste and has a very tender texture and slight chewiness. Especially the pig skin, it was sufficient cooked until it is soft and smooth texture. As for the tau kwa and the egg, it was well braised with the dark soy sauce. Next the duck meat was also very well cooked and has a very tender texture. As for the gravy of the intestine dish, it was a bit too salty for my preference. Lastly, their chili comes in two different kinds. One of which is the watery type and the other one is the paste type. Both are well seasoned, prepared and goes very well with all the intestine dishes as well as the duck meat. Price wise is quite reasonable and taste is also quite good.
