London Fat Duck is steady one for hearty Hong Kong roast meats. I tried their signature roast duck — skin crispy and meat juicy, very shiok! The char siew also sweet and tender, just nice. Service quite prompt and friendly, staff make you feel at home, not like some makan places rush you one. Ambiance simple and clean, nothing fancy but comfortable for makan with family or kakis.
