Cereal Platter Meal ($6.90)The platter consists of fries, 1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of fish and 2 pieces of prawns coated with crispy cereal. But in actual fact it is the usual the fried chicken , fish and prawns with crispy cereal on top. A bit disappointed. The chicken is very tender, but the fish tastes a bit stiff. I accompanied my bf for a late dinner yesterday night and we decided to go to LJS thinking that it's fast food and my bf is starving. However, fast food is not fast at all. There is only one counter that is open and we Q for a long time. When we reach the Q was about 2 people in front of us and by the time we finish buying the Q is already super long and there were about 9 people Q-ing. Finally we got our food and the taste is just like the other branches, nothing fantastic to talk about. My bf ordered the 3 piece chicken meal while i had a chocolate cream pie. His chicken tasted the usual and mine was a little too soft and not really to my liking ( not too sure if it's supposed to be that soft or the fridge is not working well). Long John Silver use to be my favourite since young.Long John Silver is a low rate fast food joint that serves everything breaded and deep-fried in oil...They serve breaded fish, breaded shrimp, breaded chicken and breaded clams.The food is pretty much exactly what I expect from a Long John Silvers...The fish is crisp but not super crisp, the flesh is tender. but somehow is the fish seem to have shrunk. …查看更多

Other than the usual deep fried fish and french fries are my favouite from this fast food outlet, I also enjoy having their cold chocolate pie after my meals here too. The chocolate pie is affordable and delicious. The creamy chocolate is very smooth in texture and the chocolate flavour is very appetitizing as well. It been donkey years since I last had Long John Silver until when I decided to give it a try.We ordered 2 mains and a side.All I could say is, both our main are serve cold and the fries is not entirely cook. Lucky for the fish and chicken chop that were still edible. Clam Chowder is alright, MOS burger serve it best still!I was kind of disappointed to have such meal, after all fast food should kill the craving. I will give Long John a miss...…查看更多
