A small stall located at back alley of Orange Tee Building. I don't know what is the actual name of the stall, stated 'Lin Ji Lou Shu Fen' on menu board, called itself 'Scissors Cut Curry Rice' and printed 'Luvvy Curry' on the receipt. Maybe it was the interesting part with this stall. Surprisingly, quite a lot choices of food on their menu. Lou Shu Fen with Crispy Beef Floss, Wanton Mee, Curry Chicken Noodle, Braised Beef Kway Teow Soup, Curry Pork Ban Mian and Scissors Cut Vegetables Curry Rice.I ordered Scissors Cut Rice, a homely local delight. Pork chop was nice, tender and tasty. It costed me $4.00 one plate. It considered reasonable for me because the portion was quite generous. Best Teh Tarik in town I think. Not too sweet but thick tea. Not expensive, $1.00 per cup.I will come back again for other dishes since the place was quiet and comfortable.

My birthday lunch this year came as a big surprise as my friend droved me all the way from Bugis toToa Payoh just to have lunch and i'm equally surprised to find local chefs but the taste are exactly like those i would find in Japan. The Japanese curry served here are really very nice as they use carrots and onions and potatoes and boiled till they are melted and that's how it added to the natural sweetness of the japanese curry. We ordered the beef curry, chicken curry and side dishes like prawn coated in bread crumbs which are crunchy and not soaked oily.I would say the skills of the chef in this restaurant is very good.
