I really enjoyed myself at this place. The ambience was EXCELLENT. I really liked the decorations of the place, and the staff was really friendly and easy to call! Although it was the first time i ate escargot, i felt this escargot was really tasty! the garlic and butter was not overwhelming, but complementing the snail. the snail didnt smell weird too. The butter rice was not exceedingly buttery so it was good! but i thought the beef straganov gravy had a weird vinegery taste to it. nevertheles

I’m impressed (wow!) upon stepping into the nicely decorated restaurant.First we had the Escargot: baked snail with heavenly scent and taste of garlic butter, the flavorful meat was chewy and delicate. If you are looking for a romantic place to bring your loved one, Ma Maison is the choice - located at 3rd floor of the Central.The lighting of the restaurant was quite dim. However, there is a table lamp on each table, making it look like a candle light dinner. This is my first time visiting Ma Maison and I must say that I was pretty impressed by the food there. I stood pretty long staring at the menu because I looked at the images and they weren't... very appealing to me.But since it was already 8 and I didn't want to search for any other restaurants, I just went ahead with it! Was advised by my friend that the scrambled egg from this restaurant is quite delicious so I decided to give it a try. Indeed, unlike the usual scrambled egg which can get from other restaurant, the version here is much more creamy and milky too. The milk used in it is very nice and fragrant which really enhanced the taste of this dish. The portion is quite alright but the price is quite expensive. Fortunately the environment is nice and quite, which I really have enjoyed it.

Yesterday just try out this speghetti with a black sauce and seem special . But after tasting it and it just like other normal speghetti just that it black colour. But i do like the speghetti texture as it chewy and flexible and the chicken meat was nice and tender, -.- Enviroment there will be good if there are less people around as it is abit noisy during peak hours.

Went on a Wednesday night and there's discount for ladies! Not sure if the portion was cut down though. Anyway, i had hamburger steak. The sauce is really nice and aromatic. The only down side is that the meat have those small little unchewable bones or something. I need to spit them out often and it looked really unglam. =( The sides are all well cooked, soft and sweet baby carrots! Waiting time for food is long but other than that, everything is near perfect.

My friend and i shared this blueberry tart and really loved it!!! The texture and consistency of the tart is really awesome. I love the thin crust at the bottom of the tart and of course, the fresh blueberries then literally bursts in your mouth as you consume it! The powdered sugar dusted on the top of the tart also added to the delightfulness of the tart!! Would definitely come back for more!!
