It was a cold sunday morning. I came with my partner to have lunch at this place. We ordered the handmade ban mien for $3. As there is no queue then, we got our bowls of noodle very fast. The handmade ban mien was cooked to a right texture, it was not too hard nor too soft. It served with minced meat, poached egg and vegetable. They added in the dried ikan belis and dried shallots just before served. The soup tasted clear and healthy, no MSG detected. This is a healthy bowl of noodle.
