For my 24th Birthday, my sister was sweet enough to get me a birthday cake from Mad Jack. I have never tried the cakes there or the food and this was a first for me. As the manager recommended her the Tiramisu, she decided to get it. The cake was pretty, filled with fluffy layers of cream and lady fingers and topped off with expresso. Their food are super nice!I recommend grilled salmon with mashed potato.It's around 16.90 dollars,but believe me!it's totally worth it!The grilled salmon is like heaven!The mashed potato are just awesome.Or you can try their fish and chips!it's crispy and awesome.Mad jack even have outdoor seats!Awesome!It's pretty cooling sitting outside!And one last thing!Their Mad and Rich cake.It's chocolate,i mean..rich in chocolate.it's like a chocolate cake with chocolat topping and chocolate syrup on it.

Went to mad jack again. This was my dunno how many times already. Students really do like hang out at Mad Jack as the price are reasonable and the food are worthy.This time i had ordered the chicken with baked potato. The chicken was well marinated and the sweetness and saltiness was just nice too. I Prefer the taste of the baked potato. Will visit this shop again and again...

Went to mad jack for lunch. The service at there is nice as I remember that the place are very flexible to bring in our own birthday cake unlike Swensen's.The food at this restaurant was nice too. I had ordered the grilled fish. The freshness and saltiness of the fish was just nice. The dish comes with veggie like corns, carrot and fries.The veggie was fresh too and there was not over cook on the veggie.

Apart from the Pratas at jalan kayu, MJ Cafe is also one of my more frequent restaurant for dinner.I've been to MJ Cafe several times and the fish & chips is the usual order for me. Mad Jack sure attracts lots of students due to the generous discounts they offer to them! Furthermore,there isn’t any service charge at this casual dining restaurant and the food here is certified halal for our Muslim friends!

For this tall burger, you definitely need another person to share it with you. The price is very reasonable at only $15.90 for this with the fries. There is a choice of beef or chicken and me and my dining partner chose the chicken. This burger comes with five chicken patties, interlaced with cheese slices and tomatoes slices. The chicken patty is quite juicy and flavourful. The french fries are also hot and crisp, making it very nice to munch on as well. Try this for the experience!

Popped by Jalan Kayu the other day for dinner with friends and decided to try out Mad Jack Cafe. I had their recommended Fish and Chips. It was good, the fish was fresh, the batter was crispy. It was served with general portion of fries and their apple peach salad. If you "upgrade" your meal, you can have additional drinks, soup of the day and choice of dessert. I had their mad chocolate lover cake which wasn't as rich and chocolatey as I hoped but still it will satisfy any chocolate cravings. I

Headed down to Mad Jack to try their food for the first time with my friends. After pondering over the menu, I decided to order the linguine carbonara as it looked really good. The spaghetti very creamy and flavourful, the ham given is generous in portion and very big in size too. The spaghetti is al dente, so this was a nice spaghetti. The ambience of the restaurant is nice too so i dont mind eating at here again.

Mad Jack is one of our favourite haunts whenever we have any Birthday celebrations. It is a cosy place with great and friendly staffs. They are flexible, so we are able to bring in our own birthday cake (even though they sell delish cakes as well!) One of my fav food to order would be the Rib Eye Steak. Even thou the batter might be a little thick, I actually enjoyed i. perhaps its the crust and buttery taste.Surprisingly their fish and chip are one of the least oily. Side dishes are normal though.Service wise, the waitresses were quite attentive
