After a long time at the Expo fair, we were famished and quickly decided on having dinner at this restaurant. My mom loves Jeera Rice ($4.40), which I also like as it is basmati rice mixed with cumin, which had more flavour than the normal rice. We ordered the chef's recommendation, Shahi Malai Koft ($13.90) which is mixed vegetables and cottage cheese dumplings simmered in almond sauce and the Kashmiri Rogan Josh ($16.90), which consist of lamb mixed with fresh ground spices in a rich stew of o

I love the almond sauce, which was so creamy and just perfect to have it with the cottage cheese dumplings. The pieces of lamb were very tender too!

My dad recommended me to try the Kashmiri Naan ($4.90), which is filled with sweet fruit and nuts. I was excited to try it as I usually have the butter or garlic naan. I love this naan and I can just eat it on it's own without any sauce! However, I'll only recommend it to those who have a sweet tooth. We also ordered the Tandoori Roti ($3.30), which is a whole wheat bread cooked in tandoori. Almost all the dishes we had were good and it was a satisfying dinner

Had dinner here with my parents before heading to the PC Show 2013. It was a rather impromptu decision to dine here as everywhere else was crowded and we needed to have a quick dinner as the PC show ends at 9pm. and this restaurant had the least people! However, their service was quite slow initially. We sat outside at first and they took such a long time to take our orders. My dad suggested going into the restaurant and the chairs were much more comfy! We ordered our food and it arrived surprisingly fast, like within 5 minutes! Each of us had a garlic naan ($3.90) and the sides were aloo palak ($11.90) and butter chicken ($16.90). The butter chicken was finger licking good and aloo palak is actually potatoes cooked with spinach and it had a very rich and creamy taste. We also ordered the jeera rice ($4.40) to share as my mom & I loves it. Jeera rice is a simple, flavourful rice with cumin seeds that goes well with most gravies. Both the strawberry and mango lassi were shiok! Overall, I had a very yummy and satisfying dinner!
