I ordered Mango Bavarois Charlotte ($3.80), Mango Gelee Cake ($3.80) and Mango Macaron ($4.80)The Bavarois Charlotte had very good spongy finger surround with very nice cream, mango puree and mango to top it. I have walked past this store a couple of times but it never crossed my mind to try their desserts.I did when I finally decided to try the uniquely made mango French desserts. They have cakes, muffins, meringues, macaroons, puddings and so on.They aren't cheap though, about $4-5+ for each piece, and it's a simple kiosk, no seats whatsoever. I bought 2 slices: Mango Tango Cheesecake and Mango Gelée Cake. Both were luxuriously good, what's more, I read about the health benefits.Both were rich in mangoes, but I preferred the Mango Tango Cheesecake, the chocolate crust and creamy cheese went well together. I had two different types of cake from this shop. Mango Yoghurt Cheesecake, which has more cream cheese than any yoghurt taste. The mango is only at the near bottom layer. Mango Tango Cheesecake, which reminds me of oreo cheesecake. The only piece of mango is the small ball of it at the top.This shop can easily pass off as any dessert shop without having to be linked to mango and i will still visit them one day. I was almost thinking if the mango specialty store was just there to attract people to the shop cause the mango taste was simply not strong enough. This is a mango themed bakery, and this alone made me excited. Mango is no doubt one of my favorite tropical fruits. I am a big fan of the juicy sweetness of its flesh and i am a cheesecake lover too. This bakery is definitely worth looking forward. I have acquired a 50% off voucher from Groupon for 1 choice of a 400g cake. I can choose from Mango Bavarois Charlotte, Mango Gelee Cake, Mango Tango Cheesecake, Mango Yoghurt Cheesecake and Mango Pavlova.I have decided to go with Mango Tango Cheesecake. It is a really small cake but good enough to be shared amongst 2 persons. I love mangoes in cheesecakes. It has a particular tanginess i enjoyed particularly when devouring the cream and the mango together. And, this cake definitely matched my expectations. Mango is one of my favourite fruit. My friend recommend me this place which sell Mango dessert and cakes. One sunday, i decided to go and buy the mango desserts. When i reached there, i saw most of the mango desserts looks so delicious. I was so tempted to buy all, but i told myself to buy some of it and try first.
