One of the restaurants here in Singapore that always stands out for me is Marche. Its marketplace concept is just so clever and cute that you just don’t go there for the good food, but also for the over all dining experience.Last night, my friends and I went there to end our rather tiring day. I love the steak at marche. It is so thick and juicy. I love to order it medium rare so that it simply melts in your mouth when you eat it. the rosti with the sausage is really good too. The sausage is thick and juicy. the rosti is very crispy and yummy. My friends and I will definitely order this two dishes when we go to marche.

Marche is one of my favourite hangout place since 10years ago. i used to patronize the outlet at Heeren, but they do not have it there anymore.I love crepes the most but my friend recommended this (see photo) to me that day. I forgot what it is called, but it's potato cut into strips and fry, topped with sour and cream sauce. I added the salmon and also the egg too. It is a Strawberry crepe from Marche restaurant at Orchard. I just simply like this crepe because of the combination between the FRESH strawberries and the sweet savoury crepe! The crepe is soft and much thinner than normal pancake. Some icing sugar is sprinkled on top of the crepe that makes the crepe just so simply delicious.

marche is mad love! no wonder the queue is always so long during dinner time! whenever i'm at somerset, I would drop by their bakery counter to pick up some of my favorite pastries or sandwiches! last week, I bought a bread from their display counter and it was yummy yummy! The Anti Pasti Roll Brot I had was a little too pricey though. 6 bucks, but their bread is more worth the taste and quality compared to most bakeries!

went to marche for dinner with friends. ordered my favourite dish which is the rostie with sausage. What i like about this dish is that it's crispy on the outside but yet soft on the inside. Not all places can cook to this type. Also the sausage is nice and juicy. when you give a bite to it, the juice will just ooze out from it. Overall it's a must to order this when you visit marche. I give this dish a 9/10

Think of Marche, think of Rosti. Yeah, it’s true. I rushed to Rosti section directly after i got my table in the restaurant. *Avoid long queue later* Be careful of the Rosti plate, it's really hot! Just in from my friends', I forgot to tell them previously to send in their food photos! So I've just gotten it, so here it is!The pasta lasagna style ($10++) is quite a interesting feast to try. The pasta stacked a la lasagna, with bits of mushroom and ham (in the spoonful I tried). I’m not sure about you guys, but when I think of Marche, I think of rosti – lovely, fragrant, pan-fried strips of potato made into a pancake-like dish.
