Newly opened stall in NYP, the mexican Cuisine. decided to give it a try as their food seemed intereseting to me. Ordered their Mac and Cheese for lunch. To be honest, I don't really like it. I felt kinda disgusting after eating half of it. It is too cheesy and the cheese actually tasted quite weird to me, maybe it's because the cheese is not hot enough. But one of my friends love this very much, so it depends i supposed.

NYP koufu had open a new stall with is mexican cuisine. During lunch time, i decided to give a try on the food of the new stall. I had ordered the cheesy macaroni. I was quite disappointed to the food as the dish was not hot enough and the cheese sauce tasted weird. The macaroni come with some sausage. The sausage was the nice thing on the dish.Will definitely not order this food again!!!

My school NYP has just opened a new stall, Mexican Cuisine at koufu. So I went to have a try with my classmates. They are cheese baked rice, Mac and cheese, Mexican chicken rice and this fish rice set. The fish is battered and deep fried, topped with some salsa sauce, and besides there are nachos which is my favourite! The rice is not the normal rice, it is the brown rice which is more healthy choice. The fish set is normal, but my friend said that the cheese baked rice is very nice!
