Pancake was cold but the filling was still fantastic. Personally, if given the time, I will prefer to bring it home and leave it in the toaster oven for less than a minute so that the soft texture will have a slightly crispy layer. Additional tip, you can try and add some condensed milk to it for a hong kong feel
