We had a really satisfying meal at Mutiara Seafood! The asparagus stir-fried with scallops was a fantastic way to start. The asparagus was crisp and tender, perfectly cooked to keep that slight crunch, while the scallops were plump, juicy, and lightly seasoned so their natural sweetness really came through. It was a refreshing and light dish that balanced out the richer flavors in the meal. The star of the night was definitely the Signature Chilli Crab. The sauce was thick, spicy, and just the right amount of sweetness, exactly how chilli crab should be. The sauce coated every piece of crab beautifully, and the crab meat itself was fresh, tender, and succulent, making each bite absolutely satisfying. It paired perfectly with the fried mantou buns, which were crispy on the outside and soft inside, perfect for soaking up all that delicious sauce. The Jimbaran grilled prawns were nicely charred with a smoky aroma that made themade them incredibly appetizing. The marinade had a bold, savory-sweet flavor that really enhanced the natural sweetness of the prawns. The Aiyu jelly with lime and aloe vera was super refreshing. It was light, citrusy, and not too sweet. The jelly was smooth, and the aloe vera added a nice texture. Perfect way to end a rich meal. Tried a mix of dishes at Mutiara Seafood and the meal was memorable! The Chilli Crab Meat Sauce with Fried Mantou was easily the highlight! The sauce was rich, spicy, and packed with real crab meat. Pairing it with the crispy, golden mantou made it so addictive. We also had the Grilled Chicken Satay, which was juicy and smoky with a thick, flavourful peanut sauce. The Supreme Seafood Fried Rice was a surprise hit. The fluffy grains with good wok hei, loaded with prawns and squid, and not greasy at all. The Jimbaran Grilled Prawns were fragrant and nicely charred, though slightly on the smaller side for the price.
