The watercress soup from this outlet is one of my favourite choice of soup. The watercress is very soft and easy to eat and really love the not too fatterning pork rib meats which are very juicy and tender. The soup base is filled with the slight fragrant from the watercress vegetables and also with the goodness nutirition from the different kinds of chinese herbs in it as well. Price is reasonable and definitely is a good buy from this stall.

The watercress soup here is good! I like the fact that there is quite a lot of vegetables inside instead of a lot of pork cos the pork makes the soup too oily. The best part is that the watercress has already softened to a large extent such that when you put it in your mouth, it disintegrates immediately. Fantastic! Definitely a must try if you like watercress soup.

This stall brings out the goodness of double boiled soup by brewing the soup with the natural ingredients instead of adding MSG. He sells the common ABC soup, pork ribs with watercress,etc. Something strike my eyes is their Lap-Cheong pork ribs Steamed rice. The ingredients used in this dish is similar to that of a claypot rice. However, this is placed in a metal tin like those used in the army. Potion is not too big and the combination is good.
