I was craving for Nando's Chicken so I headed to the branch located at Tampines Mall to satisfy my craving. I had to queue for almost 30 minutes before I can get a seat. Perhaps it's Sunday so there is crowd everywhere.We finally got our seats and look through the menu to order. We had difficulties getting attention from the staffs. Maybe because they are short of manpower to handle the full house. We finally settled down with the usual order - 1/4 chicken with 2 sideline dishes @S$13.90. We ordered mild peri-peri chicken.Our sideline was the same. It was sideline were corn on cob and old-styled chips. I do like to stress that they do maintain consistency quality of Nando's chicken regardless from different branches and crowded of people.However, the waiting time is really took sometime. Even request for billing will take ages. I would not recommend to go during peak hours. Not sure does their service improve during off-peak hours or not. But definitely a no good service when i visited them. I need to call 3 staffs before i can finally get my bill settled.

I was looking for a dinner venue and came across the rather empty Nando's restaurant. I decided to give it a try since my friends said the chicken is nice.I ordered a 1/2 Peri Peri chicken with 2 regular sides $21.90++ (corn on the cob & potato wedges), there is a choice of spicyness for the Peri Peri sauce from Extra Hot, Hot, Mild to Lemon & herb. I picked Hot for my Peri Peri sauce.The chicken was kinda dry, I had to add extra Peri Peri sauce on top to eat it. The meat was marinated with spices and tasted not bad. The Hot Peri Peri sauce is not really hot per se...I should have ordered Extra Hot instead. The corn on the cob and potato wedges were good though...overall a rather nice dish.My 'Bottomless' Ice lemon tea $2.90++This is actually Ice tea from Heaven and Earth with added lemon. It is refillable.Service was good when the restaurant was empty but the servers quickly became overwhelmed when the restaurant gets crowded. I need to try for 20mins to get my bill processed. I suggest to go try this at off peak hours.

What's better then fast food? Nando's of course! I absolutely love the idea that Nando's has vegetarian options even though their speciality as everyone knows is grilled chicken. My boyfriend's mum first spotted their veggie burger and loved it before my boyfriend brought me here. I must say, This has got to be the best vegetarian burger I have eaten - I dare say that haha! The sides have also, just about always left me spoilt for choice!Ambience: Nando's has sim setted lighting yet bright enough to see your food. I love coming here for dinner's as it gives off a warm and cosy ambience! People of all ages and races come here and so do couples and huge families of 6! whatever the case, nando's always has room for you! Service: Nando's is one place that cares a lot about customer service. Firstly, their welcoming staff is always situated near the doors to welcome customers, they offer kids balloons and they aim to please! They are prompt with re-filling bottomless beverages (soft drinks that are re-fillable free of charge).The down side? I don't think they serve ice water! haha but that's fine seeing that their soft drinks are refillable! I usually bring a bottle of mineral water in my bag just in case things get too spiced up ;PNando's is also famous for their sauce called "Peri Peri" and when one orders their dish, the service crew usually asks customers on what level they'd like the spicyness to be at - I found this to be very considerate as well as innovative seeing that I love mine very very very perri perri haha and my friend might have been the total opposite!!FoodI ordered a side of garlic bread which came in 2 pieces. Lightly Grilled, the garlic and butter was very well melted. The loaves were very soft and enticing!Veggie Burger I love the big portions of food! I ordered the veggie burger which basically came with a veggie patty, lettuce, tomatoes, perri perri sauce in between two pieces of soft bread! It was absolutely amazing and the patty was very well done! (contained mashed vegetables) and the sauces definitely brought the burgers to life 10/10! (you may request for cheese at $1)I also ordred 2 order side - Coleslaw and Potato wedges! The coleslaw was very crunchy and tasted good. The potato wedges were spinked with a little peri peri powder to give it flavour and were not at all oily! I also ordered a bottomless beverage (fanta grape) which is re-fillable! (enough to set down the flames of the food!) Whenever I visited this restaurant, I die to try their yummy looking desserts but more often then not, I am swamped and filled to the brim after eating my mains that I have no space for dessert! haha. I will definitely be back to try more of this goodness!Warning: The food here is really filling!

Was walking around with a friend after sailing, looking for dinner and decided to try Nando's. Here's a picture of the interior.I ordered a drink called "Citrus..." (I can't recall the exact name, the one on the right of the photo below) I found the drink to be very refreshing.Since Nando's is famous for their peri-peri chicken, I decided to try it. I ordered it without the sides because I wasn't feeling that hungry. Anyway, I ordered it at the hot level and it was a tad too spicy for me.My friend had the chicken breast pita, and it was not bad.We ordered a caramel cheesecake to share. I like how it isn't overwhelmingly sweet, as some would expect with caramel. In fact, it was just nice and the cheese came out nicely. Love the cake.

The family went to the Tampines branch for dinner. When we arrive there was a short queue, but we did not have to wait too long for our turn.We ordered the Peri Platter which is enough for 4 persons. You get 4 quarters of chicken, choice of 3 large sides, one Portuguese Salad and one Bolo bread.You can choose different levels of heat for the different quarter of chicken. There is 4 levels from Lemon and Herb to Extra Hot Peri-Peri. The grilled chicken is moist and has a nice grilled flavour. The Portuguese Salad is a nice mixed of green consisting of rocket leaves, tomato, green olive and a vinaigrette. The other 3 Sidelines we picked were Spiced Rice, Coleslaw and Peri Corn.The Coleslaw is nice and crunchy. The Spiced Rice is not bad and corn taste like the usual steam corSis wanted to try the Angry Mango Burger which comes with 1 side order. The Angry Mango Burger is grilled chicken sandwich topped with bits of Mango to give it a tangy taste. For the Sides we picked the Peri Chips which is actually French Fries coated with some spicy powder.I tried their Madeira Red drink which is pomegranate lemonade drink with sprite. I think they forgot to put a sugary rim on my glass. I like the refreshing drink with crunchy bits of pomegranate.
