We decided to get the Mango Bingsu which comes with a generous portion of mangoes slathered on the shaved ice, and subsequently a swirl of whipped cream and a scoop of mango flavored ice-cream drizzled in mango syrup. A small serving of condensed milk is also served on the side.The mangoes were exquisite with an intense sweetness and almost buttery consistency, complementing perfectly with the delicate shaved ice, infused with a mellow milkiness.
