Loving PB ever since it open in Singapore and it has aways been a favorite hangout place for friends gathering!Till now, I have tried out several types of cakes and breads and remains hungry for more. Love looking at the array of nice smelling and pretty pastries, it just makes one happy!The Royal Pudding is a must try, though it is quite pricey, at least must try it for once! I like the Original ($4) flavor while most of my friends prefer the Mango ($4.50). The Original royal pudding is smooth

The Royal Pudding is a must try, though it is quite pricey, at least must try it for once! I like the Original ($4) flavor while most of my friends prefer the Mango ($4.50). The Original royal pudding is smooth and milky and leaves a fragrant sweet aftertaste, superb!

Seafood Chowder ($6) is another must try item on the list, it is quite filling especially if you eat it with a bread or cake, it makes a perfect tea time snack too!

The cafe offers a all day brunch menu too. If you are looking at more than cakes and bread, the Phad Thai ($8.50) is an absolute pleaser. Looking bright and colorful, it has already enticed me to buy it, and it is indeed very flavorful and appetising!!

Dinner over at Paris Baguette Cafe

Paris Baguette Cafe is located at level 2 of Wisma Atria at one end of the building next to Isetan Shopping Center. There are a lot of people queuing up for their meals when we are there but strangely only 1 side of the counter is having long queue where the other side is like not much people at all. After some looking around, I understand that one side is selling main course / desserts (Not much people queuing) and the other is selling their pastries / desserts (long queue)One thing not bad abo

 Paris Baguette Cafe is located at level 2 of Wisma Atria at one end of the building next to Isetan Shopping Center. There are a lot of people queuing up for their meals when we are there but strangely only 1 side of the counter is having long queue where the other side is like not much people at all. After some looking around, I understand that one side is selling main course / desserts (Not much people queuing) and the other is selling their pastries / desserts (long queue)

One thing not bad about this restaurant is that the staff clearing the tables are actually quite fast and it enables new customer to sit down without having a messy table in front of them. Their tables and seats are actually quite comfortable which is best for relaxing while having their dessert type of feeling but one problem comes, it also made some people over there buying 1 small dessert and stay there for a long time too.

 The Cheesecake is nicely done and soft with a nice smell of cheese. It is wrap with a piece of plastic warp around it to make it look fresh and nice. It is great to be shared by 2 person as we had problem finishing it mainly because the taste is too strong for us to eat it.

 I loves crepe cakes and immediately wanted to get it when I saw it selling at this restaurant. But to my disappointment, it is not as good as what I have eaten during my Malaysia trip. The crepe cake shape is immediately destroyed when you tried to slice the cake with a fork and there is too much sponge cake within the crepe which made the overall taste not appealing to me.

 I ordered one flavor of each Royal Pudding. To me, all flavor are nice and creamy. Perfect for me but I like original best since you can taste more of the creamy milk. If you are creative enough, you can use those empty bottles for some creative stuff too as it is small and cute.

 This pastry or bread is actually quite cold when it is put on my tray (They never heat it up or at least warm it). When you bite on it, it is quite hard to bite on since it is quite cold (it is an air-conditioned restaurant).

 There is a strong smell of cheese within the omelette mixed together with some leafs/vegetables which is very nice and yummy. The omelette is about 80% cooked as when you cut open it, you are able to see some watery feel of the egg within. The omelette is served together with potato wedges and some garden salad.

 I tried the Condensed Milk Cream Bread and while it was lovely, I felt it was quite over-hyped. Not really that fantastic in my opinion. Trying this confection is once. Moving on to the cakes, we shared the New York Cheesecake. I did a review about the cheesecake in a previous review so I will just focus on the other cake – Oh my baby Crepe. I love how the folks at PB give such frivolous names to their desserts, injecting some fun and humour to its cakes. The cake is actually a strawberry Mille-Feuille and it was quite yummy thanks to the layers of crepes and strawberry fruits in between. It wasn’t too sweet too and so it was perfect!

I didn’t really tasted much of the calzone but the pudding tastes amazing. As always the texture of the pudding is fantastic. Really smooth. Thumbs up for the pudding.

Will definitely return every once in a while to try out their different desserts! They have opened an outlet at JEM and so it’s going to be more convenient for me to try out their cakes and perhaps main courses!

The girls and I wandered around Orchard road on a weekend afternoon just to wait for high tea! & Paris Baguette was the place that's worth all the time and and wait! We kind of waited for a time when the crowd started to cease because otherwise it's really difficult to find seats.  Anyway, one of the many things I've ordered was the Italian Chicken Calzone ($3.60). This tasted relatively okay, filled with fillings of chicken in marinara sauce and Italian dressing with hint of cheese, I wouldn't say it's a must try but it would definitely be so much better if it's served warm.

 For the sweet, I've ordered the Oh~ My Baby Crepe ($8). Staying true to its name, this precious one didn't have that heavy taste which allows you to actually crave for another one. The crepe is light and airy but holds a good ratio of whipped cream and strawberries in between, topped with simple icing and raspberry which makes an overall perfect delicate dessert.

 The other great stuff we got ourselves were the Perfect New York Cheesecake ($8), Condensed Milk Cream Baguette ($2.20) and the Royal Mango Pudding ($4.50). The cheesecake was fragrant but tasted fine, but the pudding is always a must try! If you don't then you probably haven't tasted the true star of this place. The baguette was soft and fluffy with light and sweetened condensed milk, definitely an on-the-go snack that can cheer you up easily, it is also one of the cheapest item there.

 Overall, this place have always been leaving me with good impressions so much so that if it were to have an outlet near where I stay, I may end up going there everyday! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

So imagine my excitement when i caught wind of a new bakery in town named Paris Baguette. (It was kinda new to me considering i was away when it first opened and started hearing about it from friends.)

I been to the outlet at Wisma Atria but it was ALWAYS so crowded. Maybe the times i frequent (weekends and weekdays evening) are just bad times to go since its like the peak period for F&B outlets.

Anyway I was quite lucky one day when i managed to score a table at the back of the cafe.

I ordered the New York Cheesecake (see, i can't resist cheesecakes) while my friend had the Hill Earl Grey cake. The NY cheesecake can get quite cloying after eating for quite some time so i think i took a while to finish the whole cake. Still i liked it since the cheese flavour was really solid compared to the other cheesecakes i had before. I also like the crust at the bottom and it adds to the overall texture of the cake.

I also tried the Hill Earl Grey cake and i really liked that the tea flavour was not too overwhelming and it was not too sweet. Good for people who doesn't have too sweet a tooth! <3

Kudos to Paris Baguette for the fantastic, whimsical decor which is definitely attracting lots of people. Their extensive menu of drinks, main courses, salads in addition to their array of cakes and breads on display does tempt one to return again for another sweet (or savory) treat!

It is a pastry which draws inspiration from the tiramisu dessert. Definitely best if eaten hot, but it wasn’t a super “wow!” item for me.My family members who are not very keen on milky based items didnt really enjoy it.  I really love looking at the layers in this crepe. Soft and with a slight chewy texture, this crepe wasnt really as good as I would have expected it to be. I guess there were a little too many layers of crepe till it was a little too dough-y.

VERDICT
I am really looking forward to having the opportunity to try other the main and salads which Paris Baguette offers. Prices aren’t the most friendly at this up class cafe. But the desserts are good enough for me to pay that kind of price to eat it again!

These royal puddings from Korean bakery, Paris Baguette, have been receiving a lot of attention lately and it's either you like it or not. For me, it was definitely overrated and overpriced! When I saw the puddings in real life, it was so small and it cost $4 for the normal one and higher for the flavoured ones. I don't find anything special about the puddings.  Feeling unsatisfied, we went to take another look and the cake section and decided to get this pretty looking strawberry shortcake. The pink macaron sitting on top of the cake is nice, but other than that, the whole cake tasted very average. I don't really like spongy chiffon type of cakes and so it did not leave me an impression.

crispy cheese stick $2indeed the cheese stick was crispy. it was not fantastic though so i will not recommend you to get this too.chicken wrap sandwich $7never ever ordering this again! it did not taste good and was a total waste of $7. the top part was also rather charred. cafe latte $6it tasted average, not bad but it definitely lose to the cafe lattes that i have tried in other cafes. the coffee aroma was not strong on this one and the caffeine was not that strong too. it gets crazily crowded

it gets crazily crowded even on weekdays so it may be quite hard to get seats. arrive early or go at a later time if you will like to avoid the crowd.

Located in the middle of Wisma Atria, Paris Paguette serves many wallet friendly & cute looking pastries, buns and cakes. A great place to sit down and relax and enjoy some afternoon desserts. However, the place does get pretty crowded especially during peak hours. I got their Original Royal Pudding which is one of their signature and it simply blown me away! The pudding itself is very smooth and not too sweet.. It simply melted in my mouth! Super delicious.Highly recommended. Must try!

My friends and i agreed that the original's nicest

You can truly taste the milk and caramel fragrant of the pudding

As it was a weekday night, Paris Baguette wasn't that crowded and we managed to grab a seat with no waiting time

For the first time, we got straws when we ordered the pudding!
My friend had however thinking the lady has given us wrongly, got us some spoons!
In the end, we decide to try slurping up the pudding to see if it'll taste any nicer than when using the spoon to scrap

The pudding was great very smooth and sweet, the only complain i have that it's too small a bottle!
Otherwise it'll be even perfect

I think Paris Baguette is very famous for their milk pudding. They are slightly watery and soft, but they can be a little pricey though. It's $4 - $4.50 per bottle and as you can see from the photo, it's quite small a size! They now have new flavours, like raspberry so you should give it a try! They also sell many other pastries and bread but overall quite pricey. Celine.

Just finished dinner at the Food Republic at Wisma Atria, we saw a long queue inside Paris Baguette. Out of curiosity, we got closer to have a look on what was happening. In front of the shop, there were so many delicate desserts displayed in front of the shop. We can't wait to try them all!Finally, we ordered 2 Mango Napoleon.Place: It was very difficult to find a seat during the peak hours! The shop was flooded with customers and the space was packed Price: $7.5 for one. Not that cheap at all

Taste: It was a very interesting combination and was different from those traditional one. It had 2 pastries with a layer of mousse and fruit cubes in between. The pastries were crispy and the mousse was smooth. They were really a perfect match. Only a minor flaw is that the fruit cubes inside were unexpectedly sour


To wrap up, although the price was really not that 'cheap' at all, it was price worthy to try the Napoleon. I wanna try other desserts as well next time~

I'm not really a sweet tooth person and I am really not a fan of caramel. But the Royal Pudding(Original taste) with a thin layer of caramel at the bottom yet not over powering the milky taste of the royal pudding but complementing it perfectly. Not too sweet and after one bottle of it, honestly I would still crave for more. A small little bottle for close to $4. A little steep but totally can be a reward to self once in a while as an encouragement or something. Perfect littl ensack for love one

 Straberry shortcake is fluffy and not too sweet with fresh strawberries within. A refreshing snack that goes along perfectly with a little coffee/drink over tea break or dessert to end your day perfectly.

 Venue can be a little too pack and tables might not be very clean as the turnover rate of the tables are really high especially during peak hours. Interesting fact that though the name says Paris, this entire place is serve by koreans.

Tasted pretty good enough without the need to add sugar.

 Have to add that because it was a packed Saturday, trays of food were left uncleared.
Had to prompt the staff to clear them though.

As we just had dinner, we ordered a cake (On-My Baby Crepe $8) and a pudding (Chocolate - $4.50) to share. Yup, the pudding was served in a milk bottle alike container, cute right?The cake was pretty interesting with layers of crepe, strawberries, sponge cake and cream. But I must say, the cakes are rather expensive, $7.50 is the cheapest? Not your daily bakery to go, I guess.... On the other hand, the pudding was simply divine, must try! ^_^ The texture was almost like eating flavored cream.

On the other hand, the pudding was simply divine, must try! ^_^ The texture was almost like eating flavored cream. I started off eating the chocolate part, before I moved on to the original. Both were good on its own. As I dipped the spoon deeper, to my delight, there was brown sugar/caramel at the bottom, which gave a very nice caramelized taste. With every spoonful, there were different "surprise". =)
