There is a decent crowd from the people that work here in Funan Digitalife Mall. It is well ventilated with powerful air-conditioning. Funan IT Mall is one of my favourite places because they sell all the cool gadgets and has lots of other varieties of shop here. Making it a great place to walk/shop your day aimlessly.We ordered the Aglio Olio , Hawaiian Pizza and Garlic Bread. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They're active in cleaning up the tables to make room for more customers. The Garlic bread smelt great and had generous amount of butter on them. A great way to kick start the appetite. For pasta you have different kinds of sauce and can almost customize your pasta if you know how to order properly...We ordered the apple crumble pizza because it was recommended to us by the manager. I have had tried this pizza but it was a long time that i tried it out.... They have had many new desserts that have came along with the new and wide array of desserts presented over here.... They have the new chocolate cake and even gelato there...So the apple crumble pizza was pretty cheap less than $6 if i am not wrong but i guess it was pretty interesting to taste it again... At Funan shopping for some IT products when my mind was thinking of pasta ... Then I remember I saw pastamania when I enter funan....Done with my IT shopping. Then I head to the place...Lucky the Q was not long.. Guess it was still early for diner to come in.Seating was fast...the server there is kind to info me on the menu and soup of the day. Decided to choose Clams in Homemake broth called "Vongole". Dont really know how to say but just point at the menu will do.They also can with tomato herd sauce. the food came fast ,, around 15 min after you make your order. hmm....... The clams they serve taste fresh and tender.... But you actually you can count the number of clams they give. I was having lunch with my girlfriend at pastamania and I ordered one of my favourite pasta there which is the basil chicken with fusilli. Their service was good and the food came just shortly after we got our seat. The basil chicken was properly seasoned and it was absolutely tasty. It was not too oily as well. Ordered the dory baked rice at pastamania and i thought the taste was just so so only. It isn't the tasty. Although the portion is quite normal, not too big nor too small however the sauce with the cheese taste abit bland and watery. Other than that, you can't really taste the dory fish as well. Aglio olioThe taste of it is nice! I could smell the nice olive oil + spaghetti + dried red chilli + garlic aroma when the food was served to me. The garlic is well cooked whereby the garlic is not burnt and the original fragrances can be tasted. After my piano lesson today, decided to takeaway pastamania for me my mom and her colleague at her office. I had $15 dollar worth of voucher with me that was given to me when I became their member. I had a hard time choosing what to eat a there was a huge range of spagatti pizzas and baked rice. After deciding for a long time.. I decided on prawn aglio olio marinara a meat lover pizza and my drinks was peach italian soda. Although the price there is quite high, the quality of food is good. Unlike other aglio olio that u eat outside, Pastamania 's one is not as oily and the flavoring is quite strong as prawn is added. they were also very generous with the ingredients for the marinara such as the squids, clams and prawns. Their packaging was also very cute that seperates the sauce and the noodles from each other so that they do not get soggy when you take it back .Overall I had a great experience with pastamania and their prawn aglio olio is a must try!…Read More
