My return to the shop to taste its Kway Chap. The personal set of kway set with a bowl "Kway" costs S$3.50 altogether.The noodles was prepared in a bowl and the "chap" was actually scooped out from the big pot of braised braised items. Soup carries a light soy taste and a layer of oil was seen on top of it. Braised items includes, tau gua, small intestines, pig skins, tau pok and pork belly. Pretty ordinary tasting plate of braised delights and I would prefer the braised sauce has a stronger herb taste!
