I am grateful that I am cordially invited by Open Rice to attend their ORTU at the plaza brasserie on last Saturday. As interviewed, I specially recommend their salmon, it is because I think that freshness is the essentially requirement for any foods. Their salmon indeed qualified to be my best dished in plaza brasserie. I like the soft crab and aglio olio too. The food for the buffet isn't have a very wide range of variety. There are Sushi & sashimi stall, Noodle stall (laksa), Porridge stall (century egg porridge), Indian stall (Pratas, tandoori chicken), Salad bar, Dim sum bar, chinese chicken rice and veggies, sandwich mix and match, cakes & chocolate fondue, ice shaved section, ice creams and beverages (coffee, milk tea, Twinings tea bags, milo). To celebrate a friend’s birthday, we went to Plaza Brasserie located at Park Royal Hotel for buffet. It was a 1 for 1 special which costs $48 for both. The buffet was a wide spread of international cuisine. I enjoyed the fresh seafood most which consists of scallops, oysters, prawns and sashimi. Other lines consist of Chinese, Western and Italian food. The meal was value for money and we were very full.

This is the second time we've ordered turkey from them. I still remember the first time, the meat was so hard and tough! But this year's one was really different. It was really soft and tender!! It comes with 3 different sauces too. Namely "si chuan" sauce, berry sauce and garlic! I love berry with turkey. It's kind of honey coated. A little sweet and fragrant. A must try!!!
