What I like to take fast food was quick and convenient. As usually, we helped ourselves from placing orders to settling down and eating. Popeyes shop was simple clean cut, even comfortable to dine-in.Hot selling item continued burning, looking forward that. It was undeniable fine, mixture of crisp outlay and tender flesh. Comparing to other brand, the chicken was actually less oily and spicy. Two pieces definitely cannot satisfy my greediness, thus the meal only my tea snacks. $7.00++, not really remember the exact price.

Was supposed to go for a lunay 7th month dinner but I have 3 hours to kill before the dinner starts. So I went window shopping at Bedok Point & decided to stop by Popeye's for a bite first. Queue at 6.30pm on a weekday was pretty long & the service was quite slow. After ordering, I waited for close to 8mins for my order to be readyThe mashed potato is good. Not very salty. I also like the biscuits as it is not buttery. However, the shrimps were a disappointment. The batter comes off after the first bite, and the size was rather small.

At first, the first thought that came into my mind was that nuggets are made of processed meats. When I decided to buy it later, I was surprised that it was actually real chicken meat! Furthermore, the chicken meat was not too dry and it was crispy enough. It is best eaten when you dipped it into their secret recipe sauce It simply complements each other well. Don't get mislead by the name pepper nugget... it is not that peppery nor spicy

I am a sucker for fried food, I have tried controlling my fried food intake but whenever I pass by a popeye all my determination just seem to disappear. I like popeye’s fried chicken cos I find each piee pretty large in size. Some fried chicken, they come in so small piece that I am always not full after eating them, but this was not the case for popeye’s. the fried chicken also dun taste so oily, the oily part of a fried chicken is the skin and meat part, when you peel off the skin, if it is oily, oily will ooze out. But not for popeye’s chicken.

This was the first time trying the burger rather than the chicken. There was a promotion going on and i decided to eat it. The chicken burger tasted average with a piece of chicken patty and served with tomato and lettuce. It failed to impress me somehow. The set came with their famous whipped potato. I should have stick to the fried chicken next time so this is going to be the only experience.
