Went there on a Saturday Afternoon, The Place Was not Packed but it was definitely Noisy with kids running around and screaming. I know it is not popeye's Fault but they can at least request to the parents to keep their child's volume down. the noise did not make the dining experience pleasant despite the food served piping hot and up to standard.Will try to avoid this branch if i spot any wild kids running around. lol.…查看更多

A pretty recent fast food chain in Singapore. My first visit was at Changi Airport T3, but it was not as good as what I expected. Extremely crowded restaurant, with diners hunting for seats and children running about. It's not really clean and the service staff was not very efficient in cleaning up the trays.Food wise, it was average. The chicken were smaller than the ones in KFC. Popeyes' is conveniently located at terminal 3 basement 2, right beside the toilet so we can just walk over to wash our hands.Greeted by less-than friendly staff, the Popeyes' counter crew appear quite grumpy and we suspect that they must have had a long day because we went around 7pm.My friend and I ordered the Christmas special meal which costs $19.90, and it consists of wings, calamari rings, onion rings, corn, whipped potato, and two drinks. Of course, it has four chicken included in the set meal. It was a really great deal!The food served were all rather cold and we believe it's because they've prepared a great deal of food expecting large crowds. However, it was rather quiet. The wings we ate were hard, and I didn't try the calamari rings. THe onion rings were extremely soaked in oil though.The corn is the worst, it was not fresh at all!!!! It tasted awful and weird, my friend and I just stopped eating after about two or three spoons. There were black spots all over so we are not sure whether they reheated over and over again.The crispy chicken was not that bad, it was quite warm but extremely oily dripping in oil. whenever i see popeyes,will always seize the chance to eat it!simply in love with their chicken..not too oily and really crispy..ordered their 2pc chicken meal,change of parts to thigh or breast meat will cost u $0.50..it comes with the biscuit which suppose to go with the jam..but i prefer to eat it by itself, cox it has a milky smell and taste..let's go to the side dish..u can choose fries, whipped potato, corn & etc..my all times fav is the corn..simply in love with it..taste sweet and despite having margarine, it's not oily,and the corn is really chewy..spent about $6.70 for it..…查看更多

First impression here was not really too good as the counter staffs are not really that friendly and was quite impatient when serving the foods to me. Even though the foods were served hot to me, the taste was really as good as what I have always been expecting. The chicken was quite salty and the meat was quite tough and not tender at all. my girlfriend and i were sending a friend off. We were on the way out when we saw that popeye had this new side dish - cheese fries. Despite eating a filling dinner, we just could not resist the temptation of cheese fries so we stopped and ordered a portion of their cheese fries. Had popeyes 2 piece chicken. I like the crispiness of the outer skin. I requested for both drumsticks but they only have one piece left. No choice but to take one drumstick and another rib area. There's this round biscuit in it as well. It tasted somehow weird. A little salty and too much flour i find. The chicken are hard and crispy on the outside and juicy and succulent on the inside. My friends and i were looking for a place to have lunch and at the same time, do our project. As we were at T3, we decided to lunch at Popeyes. The place is really spacious and it was not really crowded when we went. I ordered the 2pcs chicken meal that was served with cajun fries, biscuit, strawberry jam and a drink. The chicken was really crispy and tasted good. The fries were also fried very well. Do not be fooled by the colour. Initially i thought that the fries were burnt as it was a dark brown however, that is how it is suppose to be. Like popeye's famous chicken, their cajun fries is definitely a must-have when dining at their restaurant. The cajun fries are pretty similar to long john silver's fries but the main difference is the fried skin of the fries. Popeye's fries' skins are nicely over fried..which can be pretty heaty but it tastes really good. Unfortunately, the fries are pretty oily so it is better to not have it too often. I absolutely love the chicken tenders from popeye's. Unfortunately for me, the area that i live in does not have an outlet nearby so whenever i'm at changi airport, i'll definitely dine at popeye's.The chicken tenders are covered in a thin layer of crispy crust that is not too oily or floury. The chicken itself is very white and as the name suggests, tender. You can hold the tender using your teeth then pull the tender and it'll just come off nicely. The tender is also very juicy, not oily at all.I actually prefer the chicken tenders over the chicken because although they taste similar, it is easier to eat the chicken tenders. I excited when Popeyes came to singapore as i had it before at the states years back! Popeye's chicken is better than other fast food places. Good relatively juicy and not overly greasy. Both pieces were enjoyable and consistent. Popeyes rocks and if you like crispy fried chicken that's so good you could buy a 12-piece family pack. The coating is less bready than KFC and crispier..Their biscuit was one of their signature, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw are really up to standard too. When I first dined at Popeyes, I was surprised they called their bread "biscuits". In fact, this is one of their signature dishes. Actually, the texture of the bread does explain why it is called biscuit. It is not exactly crunchy, but neither is it soft like bread. The biscuit is relatively dry and have a heavy flour taste. Despite the dryness, I like the biscuit because of the unique taste. My friends normally prefer to have it with the strawberry jam that comes along with it though.
