The waffle here was really good when it is hot! I always order the chocolate waffle and they always cooked it well since it was timed well. Chocolate flows out from the waffle all the time and melts in your mouth! The chocolate's sweetness is just right, not so sweet or not so bitter. This is a good snack if you are hungry or just would like to grab something to bite.

Prima Deli is located at the 1st floor, you can easily identify this shop as there are always a long queue waiting for the waffle. Prima Deli waffle is my 2 kids favourite, they will definitely ask me to buy for them whenever we go to Heartland Mall. My elder son like the plain waffle ($1.30) which is soft and has a tinge of pandan taste. My younger son prefer to have peanut butter spread ($1.50) on the waffle, the peanut butter that prima deli uses are those chucky type, the peanut butter is smooth and with tiny bits of peanuts in it, nice combi with the waffle. Apart from having it plain or peanut butter, you can also choose chocolate, butter, cheese and jam. I prefer to have mine with red bean paste but too bad they are not selling the red bean paste anymore.Thou long queue but the waiting time is not long, so do check out when you are at heartland mall.

This particular Prima Deli branch always has a long queue for its waffles, and waffles get sold out pretty early at night. I was looking for some snacks and decided to get their peanut butter waffle and cheese waffle, at around $1.50 each. It's best to heat it up again after it gets cold when you get home. The peanut butter one was very fragrant, and there were peanut bits within, compared to the cheese one which was not that good, so get the peanut butter one.

Friend's birthday & she requested for a Princess Fiona cake from Prima Deli, so we ordered it specially on her request! Since we're feasting on Japanese for her dinner celebration, we decided to order the one that is 350gm ($15)Cake design is the standard one choosen from their website (http://www.primadeli.com/shopatprimadeli/category.asp?CaID=52) and you can only choose between Chocolate / Vanilla flavor for the cakeAs requested by birthday girl, we ordered the Chocolate cake, which turns out moist, soft & fluffy, and it's not too sweet. Just nice for all out liking. As the cake surface is small, the requested wording is written on an additional piece of white chocolate ($2).

What I like about the mini cakes from Prima Deli is the size of the cake. A 300gm cake is juzt nice for a family of 5 where each person eats a slice / wedge of the cake. Not too overload with sinful dessert after a heavy meal! I've got mum's all time favorite mini hazelnut delight. for Mother's Day!Loads of whole hazelnuts being sandwiched in between some fresh cream and 2 layers of chocolate sponge cake. Every mouthful gave you the feel of eating ferrero rocher desserts where the cakes taste like the ferrero rocher chocolate. Hmmm..... Heavenly!
