We specialise in authentic, low and slow American BBQ & smoking techniques, incorporating recipes that represent all aspects of BBQ flavours and styles. We also offers a good selection of classic American sides, craft beers and cocktails. We are based on a first come first served, full counter style, self-service restaurant.

The US Angus Beef Brisket was not as enjoyable as I deemed. The entire slice of meat was overall dry and the char edges though was smokey complimented to the meat but was a little hard and of course dry.The sides were larger than my so called mains (Pork Sausage and US Angus Beef Brisket). The candied yam from the looked seems like it was sweet potato, even the taste was likewise. No clue of yam. I thought the coleslaw weren’t too bad. On top of the food, I got The Tapping Tapir Hibiscus & Lime Soda.A very expensive meal in my opinion. And what’s more, food wasn’t fantastic.
