i went to try the duck rice at entreprise hub. Normally at lunch time, there will be quite a long queue, but I went early, so there was not many people in the queue. I ordered their roast duck rice. it came with a soup and some bean sprouts. The bean sprout was just boiled, not sauce added. The roast duck had a thick layer of fats under the skin, the meat itself was tough and dry, not easy to chew. The only thing nice was the soup, it was very tasty. Went well with the rice and the gravy. If only they added more gravy to the rice.
