Kway chapI think kway chap is something very local food to singaporean. but i seldom try kway chap because it's all about the organ and intestine to me, but i'm wrong. The kway (slice shaped noodle) is just like kway teow, come with the braised soup that is quite tasty. The another dish consists of the braised tofu, braised egg, some pig intestine and the pork meat. They have a wide selections from braised duck, braised pork to stewed egg and stewed pork legs too.This is my first time eating at this stall and so far do find overall nice with those I had eaten. With 3 sides and they cost me $3.50, along with the bowl of kway chap which is reasonable. The kway is smooth and the soup was delicious. I also ordered their pig's intestines which were chewy and tender to bite. Those who enjoy teochew food should give it a try!

This stall is located along the same stretch with the famous teochew porridge stall (Night owls should know). I ordered a one-person set that includes a plate of pig organs,fishcake and tau pok and a bowl of kway. I love the bowl of kway as the stall owner used chinese herbs to prepare it.
