I've come today to the only western food stall in Bukit Merah Central try out their chicken cutlet. For $5, the portion seems quite small initially, but after eating, I found out that it's just the plate that is much over-sized.The chicken surprised me a little because it has a kind of herb/spice taste in the chicken, something that is uniquely different from other chicken cutlet. However, it was a little letdown as the chef over fried the chicken and left the meat rather dry. The oil is also not properly drained off, and oil is flowing all over the plate...Not recommended for health conscious people.
