Salad Stop is a lovely place to satiate one's cravings, or to have a light meal. One could choose from an array of delectable, piping hot soups or create-your-own salad (in salad bowls or wraps), and also an array of healthy desserts + drinks.I love their Tuna Sans Salad especially.I loved this salad from first bite, 3 years ago, and I still love it. The Tuna Sans salad (SGD$12.90) is a wonderful concoction of crunchy Romaine lettuce, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, mandarin oranges, avocado, breadstick and lovely peppery seared slices of fresh tuna. The dressing is sour, like lime / lemon juice, and the overall taste of this salad is wonder exploding on the palate. I found myself keep going back to this Salad place. Not only the variety of their signature salad is good, the ingredients are fresh .. this place is also in the Perx reward program, where you can get 1 chop for each salad you purchase, and you will get 1 free salad/wrap after obtaining 10 chops. Reward while having good diet, such an awesome deal hey! This time round we ordered the Oh Crab Lah! ($10), which consists of generous amount of mixed greens, crab sticks, red onion, cherry tomato, vermicelli, egg, croutons, coriander, and most importantly the signature Singapore Chilli Crab Dressing! It's slightly spicy though. I ordered this salad as a combo where I get the Mushroom soup for a cheaper price. Creamy and I reckon a bowl of warm soup sort of preparing the stomach for the cold salad later We also ordered the Jai Ho! ($11.5), which consists of mixed greens, boiled potato, capsicum, cucumber, chickpeas, cherry tomato, tandoori Chicken, and Indian Spiced Yogurt Dressing. Very refreshing! To complete the meal, we had the Yogurt Parfaits ($4.2). It tastes very rich and nice! Feel so good after having it, and I love the crunchy granola on top too! Other than the mango flavour I picked, they have other flavours such as blueberry, raspberry, peach, banana .. etc. You can also get an extra granola for $1.

I always like to order their signature salad from the board, which save me time thinking what salad ingredients I should choose if I make my own. This time round I tried the Sunshine Reggae ($11), The salad consists of lots of mxed Greens, generous amount of tuna flakes, brown rice, snow peas, brocolli, tomato, walnuts, lemon & Oil dressing. It also contain red onion, but it's not my favourite hence I asked the staff to change it to grapes instead. Cheaper than a facial ($9.5) is another favourite of mine. I usually will pay extra $3 to add-on the Cajun shrimp. The salad consists of Mixed Greens, Mango, Tomato, Cucumber, Carrot, Vermicelli, Mint, Thai Lemongrass Dressing. The dressing could be slightly spicy for some people.

Here at salad stop, you will be able to choose a few choices of salad ingredients of your choice before you pass it to the counter staffs to toss your favourite salad together for you. My favourite here is to mix with the crunchy lettuce, mini tomatoes, sweet potato and diced bacon in to my all time favourite thousand island sauce. The taste is refreshing and cooling. The portion is quite generous so you may actually eat it as a main course for your lunch or dinner. The service staffs are also quite friendly and approachable here as well.

Salad Stop is really creative in naming their salad dishes. Each salad has an interesting name coupled with the interesting ingredients. I ordered the Cheaper than a facial salad which costs $9.50. It had vermicelli, tomatoes, green leaves, mango, cucumbers and more. The overall combination taste great. The ingredients are really fresh and one could feel the crunchiness of the leaves. It's a healthy and yummy choice.
