Every plate in this fridge is priced at $2, some plates have fresh dory fish which was most probably the most value for money, and some plates were a handful of vegetables.

Here's the meat section, on the top, there's even sliced abalone! Priced between $1-$2.

We ordered the satay sauce $5 without peanuts because of my partner's allergy and so they kindly gave me a bowl of peanuts. Unlike most new eateries, the steamboat here isn't powered by induction, but by gas, and hence the warmth from the steamboat may irritate your legs under the table, and it was very common for people to call the waitress to tell them to change the gas can.

It took a good 15 minutes before the satay sauce (without peanuts) finally saw any bubbles on the top at all, and the whole time, the steamboat struggle to cook any of our raw meats (chicken/fish)

I think this place needs to figure out how they want to price their items. Some are overpriced while some are reasonably priced. But I guess if their marketing plan is to get everyone to do the buffet for $16.80 on QOO10 or $29.90 at the door, then I think they're doing a good job.

Drinks are priced between $1.60-$1.80 for cans. The drinks were quite concentrated and the waitress can take orders of the drinks without ice.

All in all, this is a place to experience Lok Lok, but I think if you are the kind who can really eat, just go ahead and buy the buffet, it makes no sense to get the sticks ala carte. But for those who can't eat much a buffet, like me I still spent about $15 per pax, but with the groupon $15 for $30. It was still okay.

Free Parking on Mon-sat after 5pm and on sunday if you're lucky enough to find parallel parking along the area. The next best bet is mustafa open car park, but it may take a few roundings to find a spot.
