The most tasty and economical Mee Rebus. The dried shrimp is plentiful in the gravy that makes it special, given one full egg for each plate regardless of price. Noodle and bean sprout boils in hotwater with quick action. My portion cost only $2.00It sells only Mee Rebus (speciality) at recession prove prices starting at $1.20, $1.50 and $2.00. If you are a little student, there is possibility of a $1.00 meal. Queue early to avoid long queue during lunch hour. This stall has been in same location since 1980s. The cook (owner) is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Probably this is the reason their secret recipe remains as good. 繼續閱讀

This is one of the cheapest and best tasting Mee Rebus to my family. It is located in the East between Tanah Merah MRT and Bedok MRT. It been around for more than 20 years. There is always a long queue, and the queue stretch to the opposite stall. The wait is worth it. You can get your Mee Rebus fix without hard boiled egg for $1.20. We normally ordered the $1.50 version so that we can try other yummy food in the hawker center. For $1.50, you get 1 whole hard boiled egg, a lime, smaller portion of yellow noodles and bean sprout with sprinkle of fried shallots, chopped green chilli and tofu. The Hokkien noodle is coated with a lighter gravy. This addicting tasty gravy is made with small dried shrimps. You can topped some dark soya sauce if you prefer. If you cannot have enough of it order the biggest portion which cost only $2.It is really rare in Singapore to have a $2 meal but you have it for as little as $1.20. Highly recommended ! The stall is located in the hawker stalls which has other yummy food and other good food in the nearby coffeeshops. 繼續閱讀

If you ever come to this hawker centre, you'll always see a long queue at Selera Kita Mee Rebus stall!! Though the queue may be long, yet the sellers are efficient and quick, most importantly, the mee rebus is bagus Mee rebus is one of the many malay dishes i like. This simple dish is sold at $1.20, $1.50 or $2.00. I can smell its aroma while tossing the ingredients with noodles. The yellow noodles are rightly cooked, not too soggy. The light brown, potato based gravy is smooth and delicious; I can taste the salted soy bean and it's slightly sweet , not spicy (to my standard). It's garnished with a hard-boiled egg, bean sprouts, fried shallots, green chilli and lime. 繼續閱讀
