Established since 2009, Shabu Jin is an upscale Shabu-Shabu speciality restaurant that takes the fundamentals of traditional Shabu-Shabu and breathes life into it with contemporary touches to create an experience reminiscent of Japan.
At its core, the menu is centred around prime cuts of meat handpicked from different boutique cattle houses and prefectures in Japan. Accompanied by their signature broth and a mélange of fresh produce, every bite accentuates the natural flavours of the meat and tantalises the senses.
