The other stall that I patron regularly at Alexandra Village Food Centre is the fried oyster stall run by an old couple. Usually the uncle will take the order and the auntie will do the cooking sitting on a tall stool. I enjoy the fried oyster from this stall as it came with a bit more eggs and not too wet. Looking at the photo makes me drool. My dining partner took this using her dslr, and it really looked so much better than the normal photos that I took using my camera phone. Anyway, this oyster omelette is really as good as it looks. The stall owner did not sting on the oysters at all, and the oysters are really fresh as well.
