Visit Lot One shopping mall at 2nd floor. Siam Kitchen. Saw their ads for curry fish head with Tom Yam. So order one set plus Mango salad and chicken satay. Waiting time was about 15mins as thought making in progress. LOL. When food finally arrive, was delighted for salad which is slightly sour. But when served with main disk, was disappointing from fish meat which is not fully clean can tasted some fishy smell. Tom Yam is not as spicy as thought. was craving for thai food at lot1 and I decided to give siam kitchen a try. it was my first time there so i am not too sure what is nice and therefore i went for the safe choice -phad thai. indeed the food didnt disappoint me. the rice noodle was soft and sweet, blends when together with the seafood, peanut and chilli flakes. however, the portion is quite small for the price (sgd $10.90++).overall, i will be back in future to try out other ale carte dishes from this place.

When comes to tom yum soup, Siam kitchen certainly has one of the best among most of the thai restaurant. The different types of spices used in it are very fragrant and the soup taste quite spicy as well. The seafoods used in it such as the prawns are crunchy and the squids used in it are also very chewy and fresh too. Great to have it with a plate of their fragrant plain rice.

Beef meat with rice! Not only that there's onion to enhance the taste with the meaty, nuts topped on top for crunchy taste, cucumbers by the side to refresh overall food! Phai Thai Noodles is one of my favourite because it is tasty and nice. The phai thai noodles is fried to perfection with the springy prawns and chicken meat. A squeeze of the lime juice gives the noodles a tangy flavour that whet your appetite. Their specially made chili is also a good condiment for the spicy-lovers as the springy phai thai noodles is best accompanied by a dash of chili.

Siam Kitchen is a thai restaurant too.The food there is famous because of the spiciness.I like this but i not really like meat.The gravy is nice and the meat is soft and tender.This sambal kang kung is really great.I like it so much.The sambal is spicy and a bit salty.The kangkung is empty at the stem there,the stem "capture" the gravey,so when we eat it,it is full with chilli.Very nice, indeed.

A friend kindly treated me to dinner at Siam Kitchen.
