Singa Gourmet serves 2 of Singaporean's favorite dishes, Bak Chor Mee and Bak Kut Teh at affordable prices. The Bak Chor Mee is a combination of a variety of premium ingredients such as ti po (crispy fried sole), scallop, homemade xi dao fish cake and different braised items like the pigs' trotter and chicken feet, etc. Top it off with their home-made chili paste for a spicy kick. Their Teochew-style Bak Kut Teh are served with either rice or mee sua and includes ingredients like pork ribs, liver, kidney, lean meat, tang-o and fried fritter.
