誤打誤撞地進去了這家店，二樓是有空調的。菜色和飲料都有很多選擇。左: Teh O Lemau Ice S$2右: Ice Longan S$3兩杯的味道都是偏甜的，左邊那杯雖然有兩顆青檸，但酸味不夠明顯。也許飲料本身太甜，所以把酸味給遮蓋了。在這炎熱的天氣下喝一杯冰涼的飲料是一件很幸福的事。在冰的方面，這些飲料都是滿分的，完全夠冰，解熱一流。Coffee C Ice S$2.5喝起來就是普通的咖啡味道，但解辣解熱是不錯。性價比是還可以的。Beef Murtabak S$8這份量挺多的，如果一個人吃，只吃這個都是足夠飽的。咖哩味道很濃，一開始吃就覺得有點辣，但之後就會愈吃愈辣。他的咖哩醬汁是分開的，所以可以按照自己的喜好去點著吃。Kway Teow Goreng S$4.5配菜有蕃茄，所以吃起來會是酸酸的辣。酸辣的味道是可以令人更加有胃口，因為天氣真的太熱了，陽光普照，所以吃一道開胃菜也是一件好事。Boneless Chicken S$3.5這炸雞肉粒是很方便不喜歡吐骨的朋友，單吃已經很香，辣粉調味剛剛好。可以配Murtabak Beef 的咖哩醬汁一起吃，會有另一番風味。

Don’t be surprised, I was having my supper again. Zam Zam was an eye-catching Mamak restaurant along North Bridge Road, consisting of two floors. I'm not a fan of Indian food, but my friend brought me here to try anyway. She told me their signature dish was Murtabak, so we tried that.The portion was really huge, with beef and chicken. The chicken one inside was very spicy, the outer layer was fried till very crispy but after few bites, I find that it is a bit too oily. Also must try their teh tarik. It is very nice, thick but not too sweet. Recommended for those who like greasy and heavy portions of food.

I find the Singapore Zam Zam's Briyani rice very smooth. The rice is very define and rich in flavour. I don't even mind eating the rice without any meat or side dish. I ate before their mutton briyani and chicken briyani and their meat served was quite tender. The meat after all was not too bad. I love their Ah-char vegetable, it tasted sweet yet sour. A little contradicting but I guess this is what my taste bud tasted it. Overall, I will give 4.5/5 for their Briyani.

Mood: If you don't like the following:1) Tonnes of Eggs.2) Tonnes of Cheese.3) Your standard American portion (suffice for 4 Chinese with average appetite).4) Very heavy food.5) Very greasy food.6) Very big portion....Don't even consider stepping in Singapore Zam Zam. Went to get myself a plate of good chicken murtabak for supper after my regular jamming sessions.I was very pleased with the quality of murtabak this stall whips up. The dough is spread large, thick the inner skin is soft and chewy while the outer skin is crispy. The egg is spread out evenly across the murtabak, unlike some stalls which have the eggs concentrated on the center. The chicken meat is well-spiced and full of flavor. In my opinion these days, value for money $1 kosong prata is rare but i was terribly wrong after my visit to Zam Zam. I was there pretty late to take away a mutton murtabak to have it for supper at home. It was served on a piece of banana leaf then wrapped it nicely for taking away. A packet of curry was packed along. The murtabak still left with a slight crisp when i got home. The murtabak has got a generous amount of chopped onions and mutton as filling. It tasted delicious. I went to zam zam restaurant yesterday for dinner. As i went into the restaurant, I was ushered quickly to their level 2 siting area. The waiter brought in the menu, I declined it as I knew their menu every well. I ordered a murtabak ,briyani and 2 teh tarik, 10 mins later the both dishes and the drinks arrived. It is such a good thing that singapore has different racial groups living under one red dot whereby it allows us to have the chances to try other style of foods. The first fragrance when one step into Zam Zam is their nice prata smell. Service was fast as it was very crowded during lunch time and they have to quickly clear the seats so that more people can enter. Their Mutton Briyani is so nice that it will make you want to go back and eat again. The mutton is tender and the rice is flavourful. Shall try their murtabak during the next visit.

One of the best murtabaks I have ever eaten! Besides the usual richness o fthe mutton inside with egg and prata, there is a sprinkling of crispy mutton meat on top. It really adds to the texture of it!The place is like your usual coffeeshop standards but luckily they have an upstairs seating area which is air-conditioned! Otherwise you will sweat like mad. The service is a bit spotty because it takes forever for a staff to notice you.
