Had the sliced fish bee hoon. This time I didn't add as much chillies to the bowl but it was still spicy. The soup base itself must be spicy. Long queues as usual but it's just so good. The soup has a thick texture like it's been made from the bones of a lot of fishes. The vegetables are clean and green and not over cooked. The fish slices are very fresh and thick and generous. The noodles are fresh and separate and smooth and cooked al dente. Overall, it's perfect! Highly recommended. Starts at $4.
