Finally after renovation, the food court at marina square's level 3 is now more spacious with more seats and ambiance is much better. I was there and decided to have the soup master for dinner. I chose to have their signature's 'Buddha jump over the wall' (Fo Tiao Qiang) and pumpkin rice to go with the soup. Inside the soup there's dried mushroom, chicken meat, fish maw and etc. The soup tasted okay, but one thing i am particular about is... it's not hot, infact it tasted lukewarm. I love my soup especially this kind of chinese double boiled soup to be really hot though. There's a free refill (one time per bowl) too, though they only refilled half the bowl. The ingredients is so-so, not a wow factor for me. The rice is fragrant though. …查看更多
