This was ginseng chicken soup for the soul. I came here drenched on a rainy afternoon with my dad looking for some soup to warm ourselves...and I guess it didn't take long for us to decide on this.for $25 we got ourselves a bubbling pot of goodness.there was a lot of chicken in this. But i guess that would be just about right for the price. it came with wolfberries and red dates and it didn't have a strong taste of ginseng. just a hint of it. we also grabbed a plate of mee sua and some mushrooms and beancurd sheets to boil in the soup. feel free to ask for soup refills.

Ordered the Fried Tofu, Onion Egg, 2 Pig Stomach Soup, one pear and apple soup and the famous Pot Chicken to go with 4 bowl of pumpkin and 2 plain rice, and rinse down with a pot of good jasmine tea. Too much food for 4 pax, actually.I must say, all dishes are well prepared and as a cantonese, the soup is reasonable well boiled. However, expected tje pig stomach soup to be more peppery, while the pear/apple soup was a little too sweet. Will visit again, as the service is really 2 thumbs up... but the price is a bit too high.Total spent on the food mentioned was $$70... with wet tissue at $0.30/pc.

I came here for dinner with a friend, and we ordered the famous chicken pot. We ordered a small pot of chicken and two small rice to go with it. We were allowed to choose two free side dish, so we chose two type of vegetables. The chicken pot was served like steamboat style. When the pot was served, you can see thick gravy and plenty of chicken in it. Soup will be added to the chicken and we boiled our vegetables in it. Soup was dark in colour with nice aroma. Boiling vegetables in the pot full of chicken essence gave the vegetables it's full taste! Sweet and tasty! We enjoyed our dinner! If you are a small eater, the small pot is good enough for 3 persons!
