Visited Spruce @ Phoenix Park sometime back ago for some English Hi-tea session with some friends. Decided to head over to this hidden place along Tanglin Road because of it's really quiet environment. Parking was easy as the place is spacious. Not just a very quiet and peaceful venue to have a great chat with your loves one, here also serve one of the best capcuccino in town as well. The portion is quite generous and I really appreciate the nice and beautiful design topped on the capuccino which specially decorated by the chef whenever the drink is served to us. The milk used in it is very fragrant and the coffee used is simply thick and tasty too.

I went to spruce with a group of girlfriends, it was our monthly gathering. I simply love their Carnaroli Risotto. It is served with Porcini Mushroom and truffled hen egg. The risotto is so light and refreshing. I love the porcini mushroom, very juicy. the truffled hen egg is a killer, it adds a little something to the dish making it very appetizing!
