My friend was late and I was tired standing under the hot weather in Bugis Junction. Hence, I went to Starbucks to get a iced blend drink. I did not want to order coffee, hence I ordered the Mango Passion Fruit Frappuccino Blended Juice, venti size. The cost was about $7.50.The wait for my ordered drink was quite fast and the friendly staff called my name when my order was ready. The decor inside the Starbucks was cosy and comfortable, the air temperature was also cooling, good for resting my tired legs. The taste of the Mango Passion Fruit Frappuccino Blended Juice was disappointing. It was also very sweet. There was no real mango or passion fruit in the drink. The taste was more of concentrated mango syrup with blended ice. I could not taste any passion fruit flavour, maybe the staff had forgotten to add the syrup in. Nevertheless, the drink was thirst quenching in this hot weather.Overall, I felt that having paid $7.50 for a juice drink, I should be getting a real fruit blend instead of syrup water.

Ordered signature hot chocolate with whipped cream. Was a little sweeter than what I would have liked. Maybe because of the cream. It came out warm so it was easy to drink it. Anyway, it kinda tasted like the one I drank at to-gether cafe except it had a slightly stronger chocolaty taste.

Got addicted to Starbucks because of their Green Tea Latte. Im not a coffee drinker, so I only prefer caffaine free drinks. Never used to frequent Starbucks as I didnt know they have caffaine free drinks.Have tried the hot and cold Green Tea Latte, and also the frap and all are as good. I like the frap most especially with whipped cream! The hot version is great too, it makes a real comfort drink especially during cold n rainy days. Hope there will be new green tea drinks coming up... I just love anything green tea!

Love anything green tea hence the green tea frapp is my to-go drink when I am at Starbucks. Will always request for more whipped cream as well, you will have to go big or go home. Also ordered the blueberry muffin which was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Really good combination as an afternoon tea snack while people watching on a weekday afternoon.

Went for the starbucks 1 for 1 deal yesterday with my friend at the bugis outlet after getting some errands done! The 1 for 1 starts at 3pm and when we arrived at 3.20pm yesterday the queue wasn't too outrageous. I haven't had the chance to try the green tea with white chocolate pudding yet so it was a great deal for me, since the deal is only for mocha/green tea with white chocolate pudding. Starbucks always have nice green tea frappe so I thought that the green tea with white chocolate pudding would be better than the mocha one and thus I ordered that! We got our drinks relatively fast, thanks to the well organised team behind the counter. My venti sized drink costs $8.60 but since it's a 1 for 1, I only paid half the price! I didn't find the white chocolate pudding drink an exceptional one because it just tasted like very bland soya beancurd to me though the green tea flavour might have salvaged the drink. Anyway it was nice afternoon just sitting at starbucks sipping my drink and chatting with my friend!
