This food centre certainly have many popular local foods to choose from. However one of my must have dish here will be the curry fish head from Nan Nan. The curry gravy is very thick and spicy, really good to go along with the plain rice. The fish head also quite big and fresh, and the fish meat is sweet and soft too. Even though quite a long wait needed to taste this dish, I still think it worth the wait. Moreover the stall owner is also friendly and polite. The makan environment may be hot and noisy,still it will not effect me to continue support this local delight.

My family love eating curry fish head. We have been going around Singapore trying this dish from different places. We happened to be in this food centre and decided to try the curry fish head from this stall for the first time. We ordered a whole fish head. It came serving in a claypot with brinja and tomato. The fish head was quite meaty and tasted very fresh. We enjoyed the aromatic curry taste with an acceptable spiciness. The best part of this fish head got to be the eye! The curry gravy goes really well with plain rice. We enjoyed it.
