It has been quite some time since I've eaten delicious vegetarian food. Most are either bland or found only in temples. So, I was SO HAPPY to discover a yummy one!! I spotted this long, long queue at this vegetarian stall. People's Park Centre is known for its vegetarian food (so I learnt), but my colleague ordered frm a stall previously and told me that the food was bland. So, I took my chances at this stall, and joined in the queue. No worries about the queue, as it moved on quickly. Had wanted to order Claypot Tofu, but figured it would take some time to cook. Besides, I could order Tofu dishes in Chai Peng style and be served immediately. But I was outwitted! Not much tofu dishes to choose from! These folks are clever! Haha! So, I decided to order 2 vegetables + 1 mock meat w Vegetarian Beehoon. I tell you, the food was so delicious! Even the soup that came with it was so tasty!! I figured there would be a decent quantity of MSG in the food, but it probably wasn't so bad cos' I wasn't left with thirst after the meal. The serving size was HUGE! Real worth it!! No wonder people queued for it!! This stall should move to somewhere else more decent. This foodcourt always gives me a feeling that it's dirty and tables were not wiped clean. Stallholders were always shouting. But I'll still buy from this stall again - maybe dabao! Total Cost:2 Veg + 1 Mock Meat w Beehoon - Abt $3
